In recent years, La Frappe Ardennaise has strengthened and renewed its administrative and sales team. The arrival of these new ‘heads’ has been an opportunity to review its organisation, as well as certain policies, including its communication policy.
Challenges and objectives
Digital transformation and today’s consumer society make it imperative to develop a communication strategy to ensure the longevity of a company.
Among the benefits of such a strategy is the potential increase in turnover. In other words, better communication should translate into increased sales and greater visibility for our company.
In addition, this strategy will help build customer loyalty and clarify our company’s vision for the future. Furthermore, it will help optimise our brand image in the face of competition.
Measures implemented
Renewal of our logo and graphic charter
In a world where digital and visual media play a predominant role, one of the first measures implemented as part of our new communication policy was the renewal of our logo and graphic charter.

We moved from a somewhat outdated logo, which had the advantage of existing, to a modern and responsive logo more in line with current means of communication. Similarly, our graphic charter, coloured in red and black, has evolved towards new colours that are more relevant and representative of our values, namely brown and yellow.
Enhanced visibility on social media
The importance of social media is now well established. Effective communication now also involves social media, which is why it is necessary to have a presence there.
Now aware of this, we are getting down to work and have chosen LinkedIn to start this new shift. Of course, we still have a lot to do, but we have to start somewhere 😉
So please feel free to encourage us and follow us.
Trade shows
While it is certainly necessary to have a presence in the virtual world, we must not forget the physical world.

With this in mind, La Frappe Ardennaise has decided to invest in the latter as well, which is why its sales force was present, either as visitors or exhibitors, at several trade shows this year.
